Enterprise Solutions Engineer
You will scale technical solutions for enterprise customers by partnering with account executives, supporting customer technical contacts, and architecting tailored integrations. You will create product demonstrations, enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will also identify repeatable integration patterns and work with product teams to turn them into scalable features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process.
- Provide tailored technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
- Identify common integration patterns and productize them with product teams.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
