Job Description: -Audit current venue layouts and brand identities to build immersive live music programs, seasonal activations, and guest experience frameworks that immediately increase foot traffic and premium dining revenue. -Establish high-efficiency contract templates, performance standards, and vetted sourcing channels for regional DJs, live musicians, and technical AV vendors to guarantee premium production quality. -Deliver turnkey operational leadership for major upcoming seasonal activations or destination-based venue launches, managing budgets and rapid build-out timelines to maximize peak regional market windows. -Create structured compliance playbooks linking entertainment schedules to kitchen capacities, while ensuring seamless navigation of local government permitting and entertainment licensing across Kuwait and the GCC.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in events, entertainment, or hospitality -Must have proven experience managing live entertainment and large-scale events -With strong exposure to F&B-driven events and guest experience environments -Experience in destination-based or seasonal venues is highly preferred
