Entry Level HR Admin - West / Urgent / Bi-Annual PB
Summary
Processes payroll, handles tax and CPF submissions, and manages statutory compliance for contract staff in Singapore.
Salary: Basic up to $3,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Jurong East (5-minute walk from MRT)
Benefits: Bi-Yearly Performance Bonus
No experience required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for contract staff
Generate, verify, and reconcile payroll and billing reports, including margin analysis
Ensure payroll operations comply with Employment Act and statutory regulations
Manage IRAS-related submissions including IR21 tax clearance and IR8A reporting
Handle CPF matters, NS Make-Up Pay claims, insurance claims, CPF refunds, and Government-Paid Leave claims
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation
