Entry Level Mobile Service Technician | Nights & Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a company service truck.
- Mount, dismount, repair, and inspect passenger, light truck, commercial truck, and industrial tires.
- Assist with tire repairs, tire changes, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper air pressure.
- Perform routine fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks as assigned.
- Use tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and shop equipment with training provided.
- Maintain service truck, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during service calls.
- Assist with warehouse, shop, and general cleanup duties when not on service calls.
Skills / Education / Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required (CDL preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn tire service, inspections, and basic maintenance.
- Previous tire or mechanical experience is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
