Environmental Operations Manager - Outdoors
Job Title: Environmental Operations Manager (Ideal for a manager with facilities operations including groundskeeping)
Salary: $78K - $80K plus annual bonus (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits)
Shift: M-F, 6a - 3pm
Are you a leader/manager with 5-7 years of experience in facilities operations management or public spaces administration? Block by Block is seeking an Environmental Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
- Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
- Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
- Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets).
- Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
