Epic Gold Project Coordinator – Healthcare IT Location: Tacoma, WA – Onsite Duration: 7 months Hourly Pay Rate: $35–$36 Employment Type: Contract Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Management professional to support a major Epic Gold EHR implementation in the Pacific Northwest. This role will focus primarily on project tracking, task completion, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and creating project management tools to support the successful execution of the implementation and related projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. A basic technical background is also preferred, as the position will provide occasional hands-on support with label printers and workstation peripherals when project management responsibilities allow. This is an onsite position in Tacoma, WA and you must be comfortable working 100% in Tacoma. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is someone who can keep a complex project organized and moving forward. You are comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders, maintaining detailed trackers, analyzing information, identifying gaps, and making sure commitments are completed on time. You don't necessarily need to be a senior technical engineer. This position is primarily focused on project coordination and execution, with technical responsibilities serving as a secondary component of the role.
