Contractor Role

Mandatory

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, including translating business problems into effective technical designs.
• Experience defining the scope, sizing, and technical approach for technology initiatives.
• Hands-on experience designing and anchoring Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between enterprise platforms and third-party services.
• Ability to design and develop complex technical features based on business requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

• Experience delivering EPM solutions in large-scale or complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM technologies and associated integration approaches.
• Experience working in customer-facing consulting or solution delivery environments.
• Ability to evaluate alternative technical approaches and recommend solutions based on business and architectural considerations.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
