Equipment Technician

We're looking for experienced equipment technicians to join our Suzhou Equipment team.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM/CAL for the responsible equipment on time with good quality.
• Support production to improve the equipment performance indices on day to day basis.
• Perform major down repair and equipment overhaul and upgrade independently.
• Manage and control spare parts and tools for the responsible area, also to control and reduce the usage of spare parts and tools.
• Generate the equipment training material and conduct training to technicians and operators.
• Take lead in SMT and TPM activities to have significant output.
• Propose engineering solutions to improve equipment performance or environment.
• Equipment technical reporting writing.
• Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system.

• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Familiar with equipment maintenance system.
• Knowledge of equipment PM/Cal procedure.
• Knowledge of product process flow.
