HR Plus is seeking a Data Specialist to own the data layer of their Equity AI project. You will source and evaluate data types, decide what to buy, crawl, or build, and shape how data is structured for research and AI workflows.
Ideal candidates have worked with data vendors or in hedge funds, understand investment data usage, and can manage a team. Proficiency with Python, SQL, and vendor negotiations is a plus; Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous for China sources.
