ERP Applications Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP Application Service Manager (SAP) to lead SAP application support, service delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in managing enterprise SAP environments, ensuring high system availability, driving continuous improvements, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end SAP application support and service delivery while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support engineers.
• Drive application performance optimization, upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with business teams to improve user adoption and manage change initiatives.
• Support SAP implementation projects, releases, governance, and enhancement activities.

• 8-10 years of experience in ERP/SAP application management.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Architecture, ITIL, ERP Operations, SAP Cloud, Azure, AWS, and SAP Integrations.
• Experience managing SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

• ITIL, PMP, or SAP Certification.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Financial Services domains.
