ERP Business Analyst

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.

- Configure Odoo modules based on business needs.

- Configure and customize ERP or business systems based on business requirements.

- Gather and analyze requirements from different departments, including Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Operations.

- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system implementation.

- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.

- Recommend business process improvements using Odoo ERP.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.

- Experience in Odoo ERP, ERP implementation, or Business Analysis is an advantage.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
