IT Business Analyst (Hybrid, ERP) - IT Solutions - Jakarta (B-134748)

Salary: Rp 16.777.777 – Rp 25.000.000 per month

About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a IT Solutions company. Currently, they are looking for IT Business Analyst (Hybrid, ERP).

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to identify opportunities for business process improvement and digital transformation.

• Analyze existing business processes and IT systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into practical IT solutions.

• Support the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of IT systems and digital solutions.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks.

• Coordinate project activities and collaborate with clients, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Provide recommendations on business process optimization, IT solutions, and technology best practices.

• Prepare business requirement documents, project reports, and presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.

• Business-level English proficiency.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or ERP IT Consultant in the IT industry, with experience in ERP implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with database concepts, SQL, system implementation projects, business requirements gathering, and business process analysis.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
