ERP Implementation Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the organisation’s side of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.

Working closely with the external implementation partner and internal teams, you’ll keep delivery on track and ensure people, processes and data are ready for go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating workstreams across Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales and Manufacturing.
• Managing timelines, scope, risks, budgets and partner deliverables.
• Driving data preparation, migration, user acceptance testing and business sign-off.
• Coordinating training, change management, cutover and go-live readiness.

You’ll bring proven project management experience, a sound understanding of project methodologies and the confidence to hold stakeholders accountable. Strong communication, commercial judgement and a practical approach to problem solving are essential.

Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another large ERP system is highly desirable. This role is based on site in Nelson and requires you to work from the office throughout the contract.
