Job Title: ERP implementation Specialist

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month

Location: Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have experience in any ERP systems especially in Zoho or other CRM and be responsible for requirements gathering, system configuration, user training, data migration, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, including requirement analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define business processes and translate them into ERP functionality.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
  
• Customize and configure ERP modules based on organizational needs (Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR, Production, etc.).
  
• Manage data migration activities including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
  
• Provide user training, support documentation, and post-implementation assistance.
  
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors or development teams to resolve them.
  
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, features, and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation or support.
  
• Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  
• PMP, ERP certification, or similar credentials are a plus.
