Salary: $225.00 + super
We are partnering with a Government organisation seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the establishment, mobilisation and delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation program.As the ERP Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across the full program lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations. Working closely with senior executives, delivery partners and key stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- 10+ years' experience delivering complex IT and/or business transformation programs within Australian Government.
- Proven experience delivering an ERP program for an Australian Government organisation.
- Extensive experience managing high-value, complex programs with competing priorities.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience establishing program governance and managing delivery outcomes.
- Relevant Program and/or Project Management qualifications.
- Baseline clearance or the ability to gain
- 12-month contract
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days onsite)
