ERP Program Manager

Job purpose:

We are seeking a hands-on ERP program manager to support the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, primarily focused on Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and infrastructure carve-out activities. The role requires strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple workstreams.

Scope of work:

1. Oracle Fusion ERP implementation:
Finance
Procurement
Human resources (HR)
Maintenance

2. Infrastructure carve-out:
Transitioning infrastructure ownership from an existing managed service provider to in-house operations

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs
• Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Coordinate with system integrators (SI) and business teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management
• Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance
• Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
• Support basic change management activities when required

Requirements

Experience:

• Prior experience working on 3–4 large-scale ERP programs
• At least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects
• Experience in oil & gas or asset-intensive industries is preferred
• Strong background in program governance and delivery oversight
• Exposure to infrastructure transition or carve-out projects is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
