Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working on large-scale ERP implementations involving SAP or other enterprise platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and integration services.
Experience with SAP PI/PO/XI and enterprise application integration.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP Fiori, and custom application development.
Experience designing and developing SAP extensions and integration solutions.
Solid understanding of integration principles, architecture, patterns, and protocols, including:

Experience supporting complex ERP implementations, integrations, and application development initiatives.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel locally and internationally, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the professional services industry.
Exposure to enterprise applications such as Replicon, Profinda, and pricing and resource management solutions.
Experience integrating SAP with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and Coupa.
Experience with large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs.
Experience working with international teams and diverse business stakeholders.
Understanding of business processes related to financial management, professional services, engagement management, billing, time tracking, resource planning, pricing, and forecasting.
