ERP SAP BTP Extensions Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA solution configuration, technical development, and implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP extensions to enhance standard ERP functionality.
• Develop and support integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO/XI.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData, SOAP, XML, JSON, and messaging technologies.
• Develop and support custom applications and extensions using ABAP, SAP Fiori, and related SAP technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, perform quality checks, and enforce industry-standard development practices.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external delivery partners.
• Evaluate SAP technology roadmaps and recommend suitable tools, platforms, and implementation strategies.
• Support the ERP transformation program across Financial Management, Engagement and Billing, Time Management, Resource Management, Pricing, and Forecasting.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and third-party enterprise applications.
• Support change management, technology adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize integrations, and ensure the reliability and performance of ERP solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to large-scale ERP implementations and ongoing application support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working on large-scale ERP implementations involving SAP or other enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and integration services.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO/XI and enterprise application integration.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP Fiori, and custom application development.
• Experience designing and developing SAP extensions and integration solutions.
• Solid understanding of integration principles, architecture, patterns, and protocols, including:
• REST APIs
• OData
• SOAP
• XML and JSON
• Message Queues
• Identity and Access Management
• SAML and OAuth
• Experience supporting complex ERP implementations, integrations, and application development initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the professional services industry.
• Exposure to enterprise applications such as Replicon, Profinda, and pricing and resource management solutions.
• Experience integrating SAP with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and Coupa.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs.
• Experience working with international teams and diverse business stakeholders.
• Understanding of business processes related to financial management, professional services, engagement management, billing, time tracking, resource planning, pricing, and forecasting.
