Description
About the Role
Lead the entire HR function at Ubiqconn, reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer. The mandate: take HR from an administrative function to a strategic engine for a ~400-person, multi-BU ICT company (rugged computing, connectivity, government solutions). First mission — make compensation and performance drive results and keep our critical talent; standing mission — build the talent, leadership, and culture to scale.
What You'll Own
- Total Rewards & Performance — Formulate the comp architecture (base/retention / profit-sharing) tied to P&L; land the OKR/KPI system end to end; own the people-cost story for the CEO, and Board.
- Organization & Talent — build succession and key-talent programs; drive org design and workforce planning with BU heads; make the core values (Ubiqconn DNA) real; own leadership development and L&D.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand — build proactive sourcing for hard-to-hire ICT/engineering talent; own the EVP, candidate experience, and quality-of-hire.
- HR Ops, Compliance & Employee Relations (the foundation) — Taiwan labor law and cross-border compliance, work rules, grievance and harassment prevention; HRIS, people data, and the SOPs that let HR scale.
- Global & Overseas HR — drive HR policy across overseas sites, kept aligned with headquarters.
- The Team — lead and grow the HR team, and develop your successor.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in HR, 8+ leading the function; listed-company experience.
- Built and landed comp & performance (OKR/KPI) redesigns — not just administered them.
- Tech / ICT / manufacturing background, with multi-site or cross-border experience.
- Strong Taiwan labor law & HR governance; fluent business English; bachelor’s degree or above.
