ESP Combo Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Installation & Maintenance: Physically pulling and installing ESP cable as well as capillary tubing in oil wells.

  • Making sure you’re on time for every job assigned.

  • Proper Maintenance to truck and trailer

  • Inventory check every month

  • Expenses turned in on time

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must have one year’s experience in cable and capillary
  • Must have a Class A CDL
  • Must know English due to having a CDL

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be able to band and put clamps.
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to do cable splices

Environment

  • outside labor

Hours/Shifts

  • Available when called
  • On call every other weekend

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to stand on rig floor
  • Must be able to lift sheaves
  • Must be able to have great communication with others in the field
