Location:
Hybrid position based in Brooklyn, NY or Lakewood, NJ.
Note:
Must have an active bar license in at least one U.S. state and 1+ year of directly relevant experience in estate planning and estate tax planning.

Job Description
- Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies designed to preserve and transfer wealth.
- Develop and implement estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents.
- Assist clients with estate tax planning and strategies designed to minimize tax exposure.
- Analyze client financial and family circumstances and recommend appropriate planning strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand objectives, explain legal options, and provide practical guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals on sophisticated estate planning and tax matters.
- Stay current on applicable federal and state estate, gift, and tax laws.
- Support related probate, trust administration, and post-mortem matters as needed.
Qualifications
- Active bar license in any U.S. state.
- 1+ year of estate planning experience.
- 1+ year of estate tax planning experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong judgment and a client-first approach.
