Estimator & Designer
Requirements
- Advanced 3D Visualization: Execute precise 3D modeling of interior and exterior spaces, producing high-resolution renders, animated walkthrough videos, and virtual tours.
- Technical Design & Simulation: Perform accurate material and lighting simulation to provide before/after visual concept comparisons that align with structural realities.
- Meticulous Cost Estimation: Drive the preparation of detailed BOQs and technical specifications for architectural, interior, and MEP components.
- Value Engineering: Conduct rigorous value engineering during the concept phase to ensure cost efficiency without compromising the design intent or violating UAE authority compliance.
- CRM & Operational Workflow: Navigate our integrated CRM seamlessly, managing critical hand-offs between Sales (Inquiry Module), Estimation, Operations (Project Module), and Accounts.
- Process Integrity & SLA Compliance: Adhere strictly to operational notification SLA rules, including managing the 7-day and 3-day reminder thresholds for quote submissions and client design approvals.
- Data Security Protocol: Implement 'step-locking' procedures within the estimation workflow, ensuring that completed, approved budgets and technical designs become read-only to protect client and project data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Visualization Software: Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD.
- Estimation Software: Advanced proficiency in modern estimation tools (e.g., PlanSwift, CostX) and advanced Microsoft Excel for complex BOQ generation.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of specialized experience in the UAE, specifically handling high-end fit-out, residential villas, and commercial Design & Build projects.
- Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of current UAE market material rates, joinery fabrication costs, and local authority standards (ADM, Civil Defense).
