Europe Communications
You will define and own the European communications strategy, run creative campaigns across media, social, and events, shape regional narratives, manage reputational risks, build relationships with journalists and industry stakeholders, support executives with media opportunities, partner cross-functionally, and manage communications agencies.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the European communications strategy
- Design and run campaigns across media, social, and events
- Shape regional narratives and create European stories
- Identify and mitigate reputational risks
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and event organisers
- Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities
- Partner with sales, marketing, policy, legal, and deployment teams
- Define the European communications operating model
- Manage agencies in specific markets
Requirements
- Experience managing communications across multiple European markets
- Relationships with journalists at top-tier publications
- Track record of pitching stories and handling difficult corporate issues
- Understanding of Europe's political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape
- Creative communications campaign skills
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
