• Required to work in client-facing environment

• Strong project execution capabilities, with exposure to end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience in leading or managing project delivery activities,

• Able to take ownership of deliverables from requirements through implementation and deployment.

• Confident, able to articulate skills used in projects.

• Team leadership and people development experience

• Stakeholder management and client-facing exposure

• Experience driving discussions and engagements

• Technical ownership, including solutioning, estimation, documentation, and technical decision-making

• Ability to operate beyond an individual contributor capacity and take on Team Lead responsibilities
