Executive Assistant

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Global VP of Sales / Managing Director and play a key role in helping our senior leadership team operate at their best.

As a trusted partner to our Global VP of Sales / Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll:
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings from planning through to execution, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact, helping prioritise requests and ensuring leaders remain informed of important business activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support strategic projects and help drive key initiatives forward.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin office, ensuring a professional and well-functioning workplace.
  • Partner with HR and IT to support onboarding, offboarding, workplace events, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable working closely with senior leaders and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You'll bring:
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and leadership teams within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
  • Proven experience managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential matters.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business judgement and the ability to confidently prioritise competing demands.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to operate independently.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
