You’ll manage a complex and dynamic calendar, coordinate frequent international travel, handle expenses, and help ensure the President is focused on the highest-impact priorities. Beyond exceptional organization, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates what’s needed before being asked, and can confidently navigate changing priorities with discretion, judgment, and agility.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being close to the business, working with senior leaders across markets, and playing an important role in helping an international organization operate at its best.

- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, regional leaders, employees, and external partners across the international business.
- Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, off-sites, and other key events, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Track key actions and deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and help ensure priorities move forward.
- Anticipate the President's needs, identify scheduling or logistical issues early, and resolve them with minimal direction.
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants and teams across the global business to coordinate schedules, travel, and leadership activity.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Provide broader administrative and project support as required in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of experience providing executive support, ideally within a fast-paced, global technology or consumer organization.
- Experience supporting a C-suite or equivalent senior executive, with regular exposure to the most senior leaders in a business.
- Strong calendar management and international travel coordination experience.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Proactive and agile approach, with the judgment to make decisions, solve problems, and respond calmly when plans change.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Comfort working across cultures, countries, and time zones in a global organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Fluent English; additional languages are helpful but not required.

- Based in London and able to work on-site five days per week.
- Able and willing to travel regularly, including internationally.
- Flexibility to support urgent matters outside standard working hours when needed due to travel and global time zones.
