Executive Assistant
IFG is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Counsel and, as needed, members of the Compliance Department. This role will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these teams by providing day-to-day administrative and operational support, ensuring consistency, back-up coverage, and cross-functional support in a dynamic legal and regulatory environment.

Job Duties
Executive Support
- Provide high-level support to the General Counsel and, as needed, the Chief Compliance Officer and other members of the Compliance Department.
- Conduct client-related research and gather documents using the firm’s back-office systems and third-party technologies.
- Coordinate the collection of data and information, as needed, with key departments across the firm.
- Log new cases and complaints and, as needed, prepare and submit documentation to the insurance company for coverage assessment.
- Assist the General Counsel with preparing language for regulatory filings related to claims or complaints, as applicable; obtain required signatures and submit final filings to FINRA.
- Assist with Representative Licensing/Professional (Rep LP) related tasks, as needed.
- Prepare and run reports at the request of the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, or other members of the Compliance Department.
