Join our team supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-end manufacturing environment!
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Manager by managing schedules, meetings, travel, client events, purchasing, labor reporting, billing, correspondence, confidential information, and communication between leadership, employees, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Visual software experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Flexibility in schedule, possible travel requirements to the other plants
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
- Any knowledge (through professional or personal) of the cabinetry, homebuilding or any construction type businesses is a plus
