Description
- Assists the President in daily activities related to the Bank, other business activities, and civic and charitable events
- Serves as the liaison between senior management and employees
- Serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Management
- Provides a welcoming environment and communicates effectively and professionally with customers and other members of the team in person and by telephone
- Maintains a deposit and loan portfolio— opens new consumer and business accounts and processes consumer and commercial loans as needed
- Performs various account maintenance and provides resolution to customer requests
- May solicit or take residential mortgage loan applications; may offer or negotiate the terms of residential mortgage loan applications
- Coordinates logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements for annual Board and Advisory Board meetings held in Las Vegas.
- Coordinates logistics and scheduling for the pickup and delivery of Christmas gifts to customers and bank officers.
- Manages the receipt and response process for employee suggestions.
- Provides world-class customer service and creates a positive banking experience
- Participates in job specific training and other various Bank training programs, as necessary
- Maintains current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention, including reporting of suspicious or unusual customer activity per Bank policy
- Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related to department operations
- Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML
