Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to in driving all HR processes to the respective Division whilst assuring seamless integration between the HR and business functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure all relevant associates know and understand performance processes and system processes through conducting trainings
- Drive goal moderation, standardization processes for respective divisions System and process support for respective associates
- Liaise with group on system related issues and assure solutions are given within expected timelines
- Facilitate the goal communications plan/matrix
- Assure timely completion as per group timelines of all relevant process
- Facilitate division bell curve process
- Facilitate annual review feedback and increment discussion process
- Proactively liaise with central HR team on grievances and assure feedback is given in regard within expected time periods
- Year on year improvement on performance survey results and zero process violations
- Drive the Performance Improvement Processes for poor performers whilst assuring detailed documentation for future actions
- Provide feedback to HR leadership on concerns related to the process for
decision making - Liaise proactively with the respective leadership and assure timely communication on structure changes, confirmations, promotions, exits etc. to assure 100% system accuracy
- Use the system to drive HR processes proactively by facilitating management information for respective divisions through leadership presentations/dashboards supported by data analysis, trend analysis etc.
- Assure system “readiness” for key HR processes such as performance management, IDP etc through system audits of structures/reporting lines etc.
- Proactively work with respective divisional associates in driving 100% timely data updates on personal information.
- Assure 100% accurate head count data sign off for payroll/budgeting and other key HR processes
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Business Management or Human Resources
1-2 years’ experience in Human Resource Business Partnering in Operational HR
