Executive - EngineeringJob Description 1. Responsible for producing a quality product and responsible for maintaining a quality system in the plant. 2. Ensuring Data Integrity. 3. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery. 4. Responsible for Mechanical work of all Plants. 5. Review of Calibration and Preventive Maintenance activities as per the schedule. 6. Availability of Utilities for the Production department. 7. Plant Round and Breakdown Review. 8. Noise Level Monitoring. 9. GMP audit compliance to all internal & external audits & inspections. 10. Allocation of manpower. 11. Routine breakdown maintenance. 12. Procurements of Spares & Inventory monitoring. 13. Housekeeping record monitoring. 14. Co-ordination with the Manager for various maintenance related activities. 15. To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same. 16. To implement EQHS policy and objectives 17. To ensure participation and consultation of workers 18. Ensure use of PPE. 19. To identify and communicate incidents. QEHS ono-conformities investigate and take corrective actions on the same. 20. To ensure the work permit system during maintenance activities. 21. To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at the site and monitor. 22. To ensure disposal of waste. Essential Qualification BE/B.Tech - Mechanical EngineeringFull time
