DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To handle complaints arising from internal customer (staff) and external customer(Patients) regarding an IT related query
Coordinate in creating email Ids, Insta Password as requested by the HODs.
Maintain proper data back up of all systems and laptops on regular basis
Coordinate for all queries related to voice communication.
Share regular IT reports to corporate IT head as and when required
Monitor CCTV and share reports when required with approval from center head
Maintaining asset report in the unit
Oversee end to end IT infrastructure
System Admin, Hardware Maintenance, Software trouble shooting,Networking, CCTV, internet, telephone, digital installations.
