Executive - Inside Sales (9 months contract)

Customer Outreach & Engagement

• Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to understand their material handling requirements.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the field sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Track and monitor lead conversions and sales pipeline progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and key sales metrics.

Market Intelligence & Research

• Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends in warehousing, automation, and material handling equipment.
• Identify emerging industries and market segments with potential business opportunities.
• Support the sales team with customer insights and market intelligence.

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on lead nurturing campaigns.
• Support customer data management and business development initiatives.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
• Generate insights to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG sectors.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers through various channels such as LinkedIn, industry directories, and market research platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and identify business opportunities for the sales team.
