Executive - Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution.
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities across internal departments, agencies, media partners, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables are on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with social media, digital, and creative agencies — briefing requirements, reviewing output, and ensuring content and campaigns are executed to standard.
- Oversee website content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns end-to-end, working with the relevant agencies/vendors to execute.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations — with particular attention to lead quality, conversion, and cost-per-lead metrics.
- Manage market research and competitor analysis initiatives, working with research partners or internal data to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Support and help coordinate product launches, events, activations, sponsorships, and corporate initiatives, managing timelines and external suppliers.
- Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives before they go live.
- Manage the marketing budget and track campaign expenditures across all active initiatives.
- Brief and manage the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and communication materials through agencies or design partners.
- Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in digital and performance marketing, and bring recommendations back to the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation marketing — running or supporting campaigns designed to capture, nurture, and convert leads, not just build awareness.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign management.
- Experience using marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset — comfortable taking initiative and driving things forward independently.
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry — automotive experience is a plus, but passion for the category matters more than the résumé line.
