Role Overview

The Executive Travel & Personal Assistant will take full ownership of end-to-end travel management for the firm's Managing Partner, refining an existing travel playbook and making quick decisions when plans change. This role will also serve as overflow support for the broader executive assistant team during lighter stretches.

What You Will Do

Manage all logistics for frequent domestic travel, coordinate travel for family members or other firm colleagues, plan proactively, and monitor preferred airline apps daily. Build highly detailed itineraries, hold short calls to review upcoming trips, and document every confirmation number, contact, and instruction.
