• Has experience working in high-volume kitchens

• Leads by example and supports their teammates

• Understands that consistency and execution matter

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, leadership ability, and the role that best fits your skill set.

Hourly Positions

• $20–$24 per hour starting range

Management Opportunities

• Salary range: $65,000–$75,000 annually
