Here is what you will be doing:
- Complete intake of New units and PDI process.
- Flagging tinters on new vehicle.
- Write up new vehicle concerns, check engine lights, low tire pressures etc.
- Complete clean for delivery on sold units.
- Provide reconditioning estimates of Used vehicles/ trade ins.
- Provide status updates on a regular basis
- Handle all customer vehicles, scheduling for we-owes as needed.
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships with clients as well as other dealerships service advisors.
- Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
- Other duties as assigned
Here is what you will need:
- A Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor Experience Required
- A dealer focused mindset
- A proven track record of success and punctuality
- A clear understanding of providing a highline guest experience
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Must be skilled at listening, problem solving, organizational skills and communication. Multi tasking skill is a MUST
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license
