Experienced Investment Banking Analyst
Summary
The Investment Banking Analyst will originate and execute M&A transactions by performing financial modeling, company valuation, and due diligence. The role involves managing deal activities, preparing client presentations, and mentoring junior analysts.
You will originate and execute live investment banking transactions through financial modeling company valuation research strategic analysis due diligence and client presentation preparation. You will manage day-to-day deal activities identify buyers and investors and provide leadership mentorship and training to analysts.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and analyze transactions
- Value companies and conduct corporate and industry research
- Perform strategic analysis and due diligence
- Prepare client presentation materials
- Identify corporate and financial sponsor buyers and investors
- Oversee and execute day-to-day deal activities
- Manage train and mentor analysts

Requirements
- 1–2 years of full-time investment banking experience in M&A sell-side advisory
- U.K. work authorization
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification
- Capability to lead and manage projects
