Requirements
Experience working with newborns is mandatory
Experience with formula-fed or mixed-fed babies (not exclusively breastfed)
Sound understanding of newborn routines — feeding, burping, bathing, diapering, soothing, sleep schedules, sterilisation, and hygiene
Patient, clean, trustworthy, organised, and genuinely loves babies
Ready to commit for a minimum of one year
Must provide guarantors and witnesses
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, attentive, and loving care for newborns
Prepare formula feeds, feed, and burp the babies
Change diapers, bathe, dress, and maintain the babies' hygiene
Sterilise bottles and feeding equipment
Follow feeding, sleep, and daily routines consistently
Soothe, comfort, and respond promptly to the babies' needs
Keep the babies' clothes, nursery, and belongings clean and organised
Monitor the babies' wellbeing and promptly report any concerns to parents
