Core Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire restoration
- Inspect damages and develop mitigation plans
- Handle demolition and job site preparation
- Install and manage drying equipment
- Record daily job progress and updates
- Maintain safety and operational standards
Requirements
- WRT Certification required
- Experience with mitigation equipment and processes
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to work on-call and in physically demanding environments
