If you've built a solid background in water mitigation, fire damage restoration, or mold remediation and you're ready to lead crews and own projects, this is your next step.

What You'll Own

  • Lead crews on water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects
  • Drive job performance, drying goals, and project timelines
  • Ensure all work meets IICRC standards
  • Train and develop technicians into strong field performers
  • Manage equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA)
  • Oversee job documentation (photos, moisture logs, daily reports)
  • Serve as the main contact for customers and adjusters

What You Bring and Requirements

  • 3+ years in restoration, water damage, or mitigation services- with IICRC WRT Cert.
  • Leadership experience (Crew Chief, Lead Tech, or Supervisor)
  • Strong understanding of drying equipment and moisture mapping
  • Valid driver's license (acceptable MVR)

Preferred:

  • CRC certifications
  • Experience with MICA, Mitigate, Dash, or Xactimate
