Expert IAM Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams
- Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with IAM, security, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Plan and coordinate MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies
- Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders
- Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation activities
- Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot deployments, and production releases
- Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness for MFA adoption
- Support resolution of escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and business onboarding
- Coordinate resource planning, budget tracking, and vendors

Kogo poszukujemy?
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives
- Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects
- Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and access management controls
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business, technology, and security functions
- Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, project governance, and executive reporting
- Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Knowledge of Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance controls
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
