Expert/Lead React Developer

For our client in capital markets industry, we are building an agile team to engage in development of a centralized, in-house driven mid- and back-office platform, engaging with client's IT and control functions in support of platform enhancelents and modernization efforts. The application on the FE is a modern SPA built with React and Typescript which can be perceived as a rich dashboard whose goal is to monitor the generation of several types of business documents including valuable information for the bank customers. The application enables the final user to track the generation of those documents, to search and download those documents and to trigger ad hoc requests to generate on demand documents for specific clients, in response to failures.

Responsibilities

• - Hands-on development using React, Typescript and HTML5 - Work with other in-house application development teams responsible eg. for payment process, collateral, accounting, regulatory reporting processes in the bank - Continuous improvement of the development and release environment, tooling, and processes

SKILLS

Must have

• - Minimum 6-7 years of experience in UI development with HTML5, CSS, React, Redux, Typescript - Proven experience of leading small team (minimum 2-3 years) - Hands-on development using REACT with TypeScript as the primary language, - Experience working with global team, good communication and transpersonal skills - Continuous improvement of the development and release environment, tooling, and processes, - Experience with scrum and working in line with best agile practices - English and communication skills on good level

Nice to have

- Knowledge of C++, C#, .NET Framework - Experience with trade flows, trade process
