Expert Project Manager
Summary
An expert project/programme manager (5+ years in large organizations) hired through recruitment firm DCG for client projects in Poland, working hybrid (3 office days + 2 remote). Core focus is change and release management, with stakeholder communication and English fluency required; z/OS mainframe knowledge is a plus.

Expert Project Manager
3 days working from the office per week + 2 days remotely. (Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Łódź)

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization, with 5+ years of experience
- Strong experience in change and release management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of z/OS mainframe environments
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Proven experience in facilitating information sharing and upskilling initiatives
