As an Audit & Assurance professional, you have the opportunity to help enhance audit quality, provide deep insights, and deliver a differentiated audit! As an Audit & Assurance Manager/Sr. Manager, you will supervise and manage services to US clients, oversee multiple engagements, and be responsible for helping resolve accounting, auditing, and other matters that arise during the audit process. You will also be responsible for preparing audit strategies and budgets.

Location: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beit-Shemesh, Jerusalem.

Flexible hours and hybrid/remote options.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics).
• Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in Israel, or other international equivalent (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics).
• Fluency in English; Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
• 6-8 years prior work experience in Audit with a Big Four Public accounting firm
• Experience with PCAOB and/or AICPA Audits.
• Understanding of broad business & technical (US GAAP) knowledge.
• (CPA) certification in Israel, or other international equivalent (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, etc.)
• Fluency in English; Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment

• הסמכת רואה חשבון (CPA) בישראל או הסמכה בינלאומית מקבילה (Chartered Accountant, ACCA וכו')- חובה
• ניסיון קודם בתפקיד מנג'ר של שנה עד שלוש - חובה
• ניסיון עם ביקורות לפי תקני PCAOB ו/או AICPA
• הבנה עסקית רחבה וידע טכני בתקני חשבונאות אמריקאיים (US GAAP)
• זמינות לעבודה במשרה מלאה בשעות גמישות (עבודה מול ארה"ב) - חובה
• יכולת גבוהה לנהל צוות, יוזמה, סדר וארגון.
