Job summary

Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is seeking a regional sales specialist with strong FMCG experience to drive sales growth across regional markets. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with distributors and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales activities across assigned regional markets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base regionally.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements in line with company strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and regional sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company in regional meetings, negotiations, and trade events.

Qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Bilingual is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
