ABOUT THE ROLE- MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGAAs a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. Your role is vital in ensuring our members have a positive experience with us. We take pride in being problem solvers who aim to impress our members with our support and assistance. Plus, we get a thrill out of it!
We are more than just a contact centre. We are a close-knit team that works hard, supports each other, and fosters a fun work environment.
We have part-time and full-time, permanent and fixed-term contract roles available.

Now, there are just a few things you need to be aware of, this is a full-time permanent role, we work shifts, the current available shifts will require evening work (Mon-Fri) and you must have full working rights.
SALARY - UTU Ā-TAU$66,531 per annum (Incl. Kiwi Saver). Hours of work:Various shifts between 11.30am and 9.00pm, Monday – Friday.
