Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. The successful candidate will assist in managing staff, maintaining service standards, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.

• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service
• Supervise and guide service staff
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering
• Manage staff scheduling and daily operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety requirements
• Assist the management team with other operational duties as required
