F&B Manager

About the Role

At Park Hyatt Marrakech, we believe that exceptional dining experiences are at the heart of creating unforgettable stays. We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and deliver the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Reporting to the hotel leadership team, you will oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding guest satisfaction, and strong commercial performance while fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and care for our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banquet operations.
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent luxury guest experience in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Develop, coach, and inspire managers and colleagues, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Drive operational excellence through effective planning, quality assurance, and service innovation.
• Monitor departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor productivity, revenue optimization, and cost control.
• Work closely with the culinary team to develop memorable dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and successful events.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational results.
