Position Title: Support Staff

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time/Part Time
Locations: Casual and Fine Dining Locations – Tram Dock, Piste Mountain Bistro, and Trapper’s Restaurant

Job Duties
- Helps servers when needed
- Takes dirty dishes to dishwasher
- Sets tables
- Refills drinks and assists waiting staff
- Communicates with customers
- Serves food and drinks when needed
- Communicates with Chefs
- Assists with EXPO
- Communicates with line cooks
- Reads tickets when needed
- Runs food
- Guest conflict resolution
